“A good hotel in downtown Calgary. The exterior suggests an outdated building, but the rooms, gym, pool, and Regency Club are actually very well maintained and modern. “Hotel was nice, however I have money pending on my credit card for a payment when we had already paid the bill when we left. Spoke to reception and sent emails with the only response other than to send me the bill again.
