Park restaurant was designed as a tribute to the park’s century-old “Garden Rooms”, used for courting and romance during the Victorian-era, and to the quiet, hidden spaces found inside a city. Internationally and Nationally awarded, the Solarium, our main dining area, is a unique indoor-outdoor structure, offers a modern, warm, serene escape from the hustle and bustle. The building’s skin softly diffuses light, transforming the space into a luminous light box—ideal for capturing photos, and the 18” beehive roof provides a stunning backdrop as well as clear acoustics. FiIlled with greenery and a flourishing fig tree, the Solarium opens to refreshing summer breezes, and warmed by fireplaces in cooler months. Surrounded by the beauty of Central Memorial Park, whether vibrant green in summer, golden in fall, or white in winter, it provides a breathtaking setting yearround. At Park, our passions are food, wine, and exceptional hospitality. Led by Chef Stefan Gusztak, our culinary team crafts everything in-house, from yogurt and cheeses to spice blends and freshly baked bread. Through techniques like fermenting, charcoal grilling, and dry aging, we highlight the natural flavors of our ingredients, creating a menu that nourishes both body and soul—perfect for sharing.
