This beautifully refurbished barn was originally built in the early 1900s and retains its historic charm with warm cedar walls and a stunning fireplace that adds coziness during winter and summer comfort. The large sliding glass doors open to an outdoor patio that merges the indoor and outdoor experience seamlessly, ideal for gatherings with friends and family.

Rental Pricing

The Barn accommodates up to 115 people (main floor only). Pricing varies by season:

• May 1 - October 31: $1,900

• November 1 - April 30: $1,600

• New Year's Eve (December 31): $2,000

A booking and damage deposit of $1,000 is required. The original deposit can be refunded only if the date is re-booked. Please note that this contract is non-transferable.
