“My 9 month old reservation was cancelled with merely 2 weeks notice, leaving me scrambling at the last minute. They blamed LA ordinance laws, but continued to host guests after my booked date. They also stopped responding to my emails and calls. I'd recommend everyone stay away from this disaster of a company.”
