“Check in staff tried to blame me for my room cards getting deprogrammed because ‘it was by being near my phone’ . Why not just say sorry and reprogram the cards. Also rooms triggered my allergies as I suppose they allow animals in them. Pool was not maintained to a high standard. On a good note the squash courts were not bad.”

“The resort and rooms are a bit dated, although still adequate. There is very little storage area for clothing in the 1 br condos , especially when sharing with a third guest on the sofa bed.”

“Fantastic hotel, just outside town, great location. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Quick note though. If like me, you have sensitive skin the bed sheets may irritate.”
