“Beautiful hotel, but I really didn't like the class discrimination. I work in the beauty industry. They didn't let me in through the main entrance. I had to go to another building, to the basement, look for the security room, give my ID. Go up to the hotel through the staff elevator and then look for the elevator and look for my suitcase with tools...”
