The property features intimate outdoor ceremony areas, an industrial-chic reception space, and convenient on-site accommodations for 14 guests. Weddings shouldn't be rushed, which is why we offer exclusive wedding weekends-- giving you time to relax in the hot tub, enjoy a morning coffee overlooking the woods and celebrate every moment with your favourite people. Your wedding will not only be stunning, but unforgettable.

We want you and your guests to have a great time which is why we provide the option to celebrate until 3 am for weekend bookings.
Bring in your own vendors or choose from our carefully curated local vendor list. We want your wedding to come together just as you imagined. So go ahead, impress your guests with mouth-watering food from a local food truck or a festive pig roast. Create the perfect signature cocktail with our experienced bar staff while still being able to supply your own alcohol without corkage fees. The great thing is you get to decide and at no additional cost!
Items to Note:
• Vehicles parked overnight can be picked up between 10am-1pm
• On-site decor rentals available.
• 52 North provides furniture set up and take down of our included items for both the ceremony and reception.
• Parking is limited to 60 vehicles. Shuttle service is highly recommended as there is no overflow parking available.
• Max capacity for seated receptions is 200.
• Clients are responsible for securing their own special events liquor license through AGLC ($25) and must also obtain special event liability insurance.
• Enjoy your party and don’t get stuck cleaning up afterwards! You remove your personal decor and we take care of the rest.
• SOCAN and Re:sound fees included.
• Clients are required to use Roadpop Event Co. for bar services for 2025 bookings.
