“Booked the venue 19 months out for May 2026 on a Saturday. We were charged a $5,000 deposit (non-refundable according to their terms agreement). We found something more suited to us and gave the company an opportunity to do the right thing as $5,000 for a site tour is fraud. They refused. So! “The Harding Waterfront Estate is the most beautiful venue we have ever been to. My wife and I recently got married there and had the most wonderful day. Every where we look there is a picturesque view rather it be the natural beauty surrounding the estate, or the vintage mansion standing the test of time.
